Reporting Overview

The EDGE Store plugin includes a powerful reporting tool that provides insights into sales, fulfillment, and data consistency.

Accessing the Reports Page

  1. Log in to your WordPress admin area.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click on “EDGE Reports”.

This will take you to the main reporting dashboard.

Generating a Report

  1. Select the desired report from the “Report” dropdown menu.
  2. If date fields appear, select a start and end date for your report.
  3. Click “Submit”.
  4. A CSV file will be generated and downloaded by your browser.

Available Reports

Fulfilment & Data Integrity Reports

  • ColourTech Missing Product Data: Identifies products that are missing data required by ColourTech.
  • ColourTech Unsynced Orders: Lists all print orders that have not yet been successfully sent to ColourTech.
  • Xero Missing Bills: Finds all print orders that are missing a corresponding supplier bill in Xero.
  • Xero Missing Invoices: Finds all orders that are missing a corresponding customer invoice in Xero.
  • General Product Errors: A data quality report that flags products with issues like a missing weight for a print product or a missing ELE code for a coursebook.

Financial & Sales Reports

  • Xero Invoices: A direct export of all Xero invoices created within a date range.
  • Xero Invoice Items: A detailed, line-item-level export of all Xero invoices.
  • Shop Orders: An export of all WooCommerce orders within a date range, including the corresponding Xero and ColourTech IDs for easy cross-referencing.
  • Shop Order Items: A detailed, line-item-level export of all WooCommerce orders.

Reference Reports

  • ColourTech Products (in CT API Format): A technical export showing how product data is formatted when sent to the ColourTech API.
  • Xero Contacts: A list of all B2B roles and their corresponding master Xero contact IDs.
  • Skynet Shipping Zones: A downloadable spreadsheet of Skynet shipping zones.
