Edge Store Settings

This guide provides a detailed overview of the main settings page for the EDGE Store plugin.

Accessing the Settings Page

You can find this page in the main WordPress admin menu:

  1. Log in to your WordPress admin area.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click on “Edge Store Settings”.

This page contains several collapsible sections, each managing a different aspect of the plugin’s configuration.

General Settings

This section contains the core operational settings for the store.

  • Allowed Price List Currency: Displays the currency your store is currently using (e.g., ZAR). This is set in the main WooCommerce settings.
  • EFT days to pay: The number of days a customer has to pay for an order made via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) before the order is automatically cancelled.
  • Store Contact Email: The public-facing email address for customer support inquiries.
  • Institution Registration Page: A dropdown to select the WordPress page that contains the registration form for institutions.
  • Student Registration Page: A dropdown to select the WordPress page that contains the registration form for students.
  • Registration Form: A dropdown to select which Gravity Form is used for user registration.
  • Enquiry Form: A dropdown to select which Gravity Form is used for general enquiries.
  • Content Admins: A user selection box to designate which administrators should receive email notifications when new products are synced from Zoho, prompting them to add content and images.
  • Order Admins: A user selection box for administrators who should receive order-related notifications.
  • Website Dev Admins: A comma-separated list of email addresses for developers who should be notified in the event of a technical error.
